Warranty

Every machine we supply carries a 1-year warranty covering manufacturing defects on core components. Wear parts and consumables are excluded. Made-to-order builds carry a warranty agreed in writing on your quote.

Where we service

Our technicians cover Pampanga, Tarlac, Cavite and Metro Manila directly — the same Luzon delivery footprint we already run. For Visayas and Mindanao, we coordinate service and parts through freight partners on request.

Spare parts

We keep common parts — heating elements, thermostats, belts, motors and controls — in stock for the models we sell, so a fault does not mean weeks of downtime waiting on an import.

Warranty

  • 12-month warranty on every machine, covering manufacturing defects in parts and workmanship from the date of delivery.
  • Covers motors, heating elements and electrical/mechanical components under normal commercial use.
  • Excludes consumable and wear items (door gaskets, light bulbs, glass, fuses) and damage from misuse, power surges, or unauthorised modification or repair.
  • Warranty service is free within our core coverage area; out-of-area service may carry a travel or freight charge.

Service & response

  • Phone or Messenger troubleshooting the same business day; on-site service-call response within 1–2 business days inside our core coverage area.
  • Installation and on-site commissioning available with delivery so the equipment is running correctly before we leave.
  • Technician coverage across Pampanga, Tarlac, Cavite and Metro Manila, with nationwide support via freight and remote guidance.
